Tinsel & Holly is textbook Cali Cab, sourced from two of the state’s most celebrated winegrowing regions.  The sparse, sandy geology of Central Valley vineyards force the Cabernet Sauvignon roots to penetrate deep into the soil to look for water, and this struggle is reflected in the finished wine's electric, vivid fruit character. Grapes from coastal vineyards are blended in to add the freshness and vibrancy attributed to the cool nighttime temperatures and constant breezes. Tinsel and Holly is a celebration of the diversity of California’s great vineyards, with a taste of the Golden State’s finest grapes in every glass.


Tinsel & Holly is a mouth-filling, flavorful wine that pours a deep ruby red color with a purple hue. There is a hefty, chewy edge to the blackberry jam, dark plum, peppery bacon and black olive flavors. Finishes with waves of dark fruit, black pepper, spice and smoke.




The Tinsel & Holly team is quality-conscious at every step of the winemaking process, making sure to process each grape bunch with utmost care. Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit is destemmed and fermented in state-of-the-art stainless steel tanks. The wine is allowed to mature gracefully and blended before bottling. This attention to detail can be tasted in each glass, where Tinsel & Holly is finely delineated, perfectly balanced and gracefully poised.


Tinsel & Holly is a friendly, open-knit wine that will work well with many comfort foods. Try it with pepperoni pizza, barbecue spareribs and spicy cold cuts.
